Tagaytay City’s newest tourist destination formally opened its doors to the public on December 8, 2006, the Feast Day of the Immaculate Concepcion. Located a few meters away from the historic Tagaytay Rotonda, where the 11th Airborne Division of the United States Army landed to liberates the Southern Luzon area from Japanese occupation forces during World War II. The Windy Ridge Hotel is strategically situated near Tagaytay’s booming fast food industry center.
